Raymond is a labor and employment law attorney who represents several colleges and universities.

His practice encompasses the full range of labor and employment law, including employment litigation in federal and state courts, representation and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, collective bargaining, arbitrations, appearances before various State and Federal agencies and advising higher education and other employers on a multitude of labor and employment law issues.

Raymond has particular experience in tenure denial cases, union organizing proceedings, collective bargaining, discrimination cases and employment litigation.

He also provides general advice and counseling to several higher education clients on a wide range of legal matters, including faculty and staff issues, student issues, general liability issues and various other issues. Raymond is also an adjunct faculty member at Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, where he teaches public personnel and collective bargaining.
