Rich is a labor and employment law attorney who represents employers in proceedings before federal and state courts and various government agencies. He handles claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New York State Human Rights Law and employment contract disputes.

Rich also counsels employers on a wide variety of labor and employment law matters, including compliance with wage and hour laws, equal employment opportunity and reasonable accommodations.
