Sarah combines hands-on experience and academic training to provide her clients with thoughtful insights, strategies and business-oriented legal solutions on a wide range of transactions in order to effectively and efficiently achieve client goals.
Sarah represents private and public companies in a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, commercial agreements, data privacy issues, public-private partnerships, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. She also works with investment banks, venture capital funds, and private equity investors on transactional matters.
Prior to joining Bond, Sarah was in-house counsel to a renewable energy company where she was an integral member of the management team and oversaw all legal affairs of the company’s core operating entities, two tax equity funds and three sale-leaseback funds worth over $75,000,000. Sarah continues to represent clients in the energy industry, as well as a wide range of other industries including the biotechnology, retail and consumer products, agribusiness, brewing, communications, aviation, software and defense industries. Her clients range from startups to companies with annual revenues in the tens of millions of dollars.
In addition to her work at Bond, Sarah is a Captain in the United States Army Reserves.
