Tim is a senior counsel in the property department focusing on the representation of lenders in commercial financing.  Tim represents regional and national lenders in a wide range of secured transactions, including commercial real estate loans, construction financing and asset-based lending.  He routinely drafts and negotiates loan documents, reviews title and due diligence materials and ensures compliance with regulations. 

In addition, Tim represents individuals with regards to estate planning, estate administration and elder law.  In this capacity, he assists individuals and families with wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trust, powers of attorney, health care proxies and living wills.  Tim provides client-centered planning, ensuring the client’s goals are met with the appropriate documentation to match.  To this end, Tim advises his clients relating to probate avoidance, asset preservation from long term care, asset retitling and beneficiary planning.  In addition, Tim guides clients through the stressful times of handling the estate administration of a recently deceased family member or close friend with care.

Prior to joining Bond, Tim was an attorney at a Syracuse area law firm for over 10 years providing representation to lenders in commercial financing transactions and individuals for their estate planning, estate administration and elder law needs.
