Alyssa focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She represents and advises private and public sector employers and management in a broad range of matters including claims alleging discrimination, harassment, unlawful discharge and retaliation, employee discipline, employment and separation agreements, and collective bargaining and labor arbitration disputes.

Alyssa regularly deals with labor and employment law matters before both the state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies, including the EEOC, the New York State Division of Human Rights, PERB, the NLRB, federal and state departments of labor, and in labor arbitrations.
