Chris concentrates his practice in labor and employment law on behalf of a diverse group of employers in the public and private sectors, including small businesses, large public companies, school districts, and higher education and healthcare institutions.

Chris has particular experience defending employers against wage and hour, discrimination, workplace harassment, and retaliation claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the New York State Human Rights Law - in administrative proceedings, as well as in state and federal courts. He also represents and counsels management with regard to labor arbitration and collective bargaining disputes and conducts internal investigations into matters of employee conduct and discipline.
