Resident in our New York City Office, Mr. Lalli concentrates his practice in labor and employment law, including advising and representing employers in the litigation of employment discrimination and workplace harassment disputes; restrictive covenant and other unfair competition matters; wage and hour matters; mediation and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings; grievance arbitrations; representation, unfair labor practice, and other proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board; and collective bargaining. Prior to joining BS&K, Mr. Lalli was a partner at Kauff McClain & McGuire LLP in New York City. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Trinity College (with honors) and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
