Attorney Jessica C. Moller Named to Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation Board of Trustees

(Garden City, NY): Garden City attorney Jessica C. Moller, a member at Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, has been named to the Board of Trustees of the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation (LIAF). LIAF provides a variety of hands-on programs and services for families living with a cognitive impairment diagnosis, including day programs for people in the early, moderate and late stages, caregiver educational trainings and support groups, an in-home respite program, and physical and occupational therapy.
“We couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Jessica to the Board,” said Tori Cohen, Executive Director. “She is an ardent supporter of the work that we do, and her experience, both as an attorney and as someone whose family has had to cope with the effects of the disease, will be invaluable to the board and the organization.”
Moller, a management-side labor and employment attorney, has been recognized for excellence throughout her career. She has been named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star list for Employment and Labor every year since 2015, was named among Long Island Business News’ 40 Under 40 in 2015, and to its Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business the following year. Hofstra University School of Law also named Moller among its Top Women in Law.
Her professional and community service includes serving as President of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Foundation (2017-2019), past service on the North Shore Child and Family Guidance Center Business Advisory Council, and support for the Long Island Chapter of Dress for Success and other charitable organizations. Moller is a former Vice President and Recording Secretary of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association and a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Diversity and Inclusion. She lives in Stony Brook.
