Bond Attorneys are Key Contributors to the 2021 Chambers USA Regional Employment Guide

Jones are the contributing editors of Chambers USA’s 2021 edition of US Regional Employment, and have authored the introduction to this widely-used guide for in-house legal counsel and human resource professionals. In addition, Bond attorneys Louis P. DiLorenzo, Thomas G. Eron and Howard M. Miller, along with Bernstein and Jones, authored the New York State chapter of the Regional Guide. 

The regional guide provides a insights into employment issues, commentary on the continuing impact of COVID-19 on the workplace, the use of social media, the "Black Lives Matter" and "Me Too" movements, pay equity, a decline in the unionization of the private sector workplace, discrimination, harassment and whistle-blowing claims and an expansion of protections and restrictions of the labor law to both unorganized and organized employees in the workplace.
