Bond Names Audrey Faw as Deputy Managing Member of its West Palm Beach Office

September 1, 2022

(West Palm Beach, FL): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce Audrey L. Faw has been named deputy managing member of the firm’s West Palm Beach office. She will work with James Morey, managing member of the firm’s two Florida offices in West Palm Beach and Naples. Faw recently joined Bond when her prior firm, Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella & Yedid, where Faw was a partner, combined with Bond this past June.

Faw began her career in commercial litigation and has since expanded her practice to include commercial and residential real estate, probate litigation, and trust and estate practices. As a litigator, she is involved in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials and appeals, and has served as lead trial counsel in a federal civil trial.

According to Morey, “In just a few short months, Audrey has shown leadership in bringing aboard the West Palm Beach office and its attorneys. I’m looking forward to working closely with her to grow the office.”

Kevin Bernstein, chair of the firm’s management committee, added, “I’m confident Audrey will be a strong collaborator working alongside of Jim. She is a strong advocate for her clients, she understands the business community in South Florida and brings fresh ideas to the table.”
