Bond Releases Fourth Blog To Statewide Bankruptcy / Financial Audience

(Syracuse, NY): Bond Schoeneck & King, PLLC has released its fourth blog -- and the second in 2012 -- to its current line-up that includes blogs for Labor & Employment Law, Higher Education Intellectual Property and Tax Assessment and Condemnation. The Bankruptcy Report is a creation of the Bond's Business Restructuring, Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group and will serve as a forum for thoughtful analysis and perspective of the many issues related to bankruptcy proceedings in general, although issues relating to Chapter 11 may predominate.

The 16 members of Bond's Business Restructuring, Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group have substantial experience in reorganization and liquidation cases and have represented clients' interests in bankruptcies across New York State and nationwide.
