Bond, Schoeneck & King Attorney John M. Bagyi Presents At Sold-Out 2010 NYS SHRM Annual Conference

In September, John M. Bagyi, Esq., SPHR presented at the sold-out 2010 New York State Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Annual Conference to be held in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Mr. Bagyi was a panelist on September 12th for the first General Session, "To Tweet or Not To Tweet," and presented "Mind Your Own Business! (When Required by Applicable Law ...)" on Tuesday, September 14th.

Mr. Bagyi is the Deputy Managing Attorney for Bond, Schoeneck & King's Albany Office and is also General Counsel to NYS SHRM. He counsels and represents employers of all types and sizes in a variety of labor and employment-related contexts and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America®, the Upstate edition of New York Super Lawyers, and Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition. He is also listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in Emerging Leaders.

Mr. Bagyi is a graduate of the University at Albany, State University of New York (B.A.) and Albany Law School of Union University (J.D., magna cum laude), and served as an Executive Editor of the Albany Law Review.
