Bond Attorney John M. Bagyi To Present At 60th Annual SHRM National Conference In Chicago On June 24th

Bagyi, Deputy Managing Attorney of the Firm's Albany Office, will present "Identifying, Investigating, and Eradicating Workplace Harassment" at the Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) 60th Annual National Conference. The conference is being held in Chicago June 22-25th, and Mr. Bagyi's presentation will be delivered on June 24th. The conference is expected to draw over 15,000 human resource professionals from throughout the United States.

Mr. Bagyi's presentation will address workplace harassment issues and how HR professionals can be prepared to take pro-active steps to indentify harassment concerns and respond appropriately when an employee complains. His session will cover the ten most common mistakes employers make in addressing harassment, and provide practical tips on how to avoid legal liability associated with harassment, including how to deal with internal pressure during investigations.
