Conference B
One of the best ways to retain staff is to clearly identify employer expectations and to enforce and follow-through on those expectations.  An employee handbook that sets forth the employer’s policies is the first step at effectively and efficiently communicating employer expectations.  In addition to maintaining an employee handbook, conducting employee performance reviews is also an essential step in retaining staff, communicating expectations and enforcing those expectations.
