  • Effective communication of the tasks and costs of litigation including preparing litigation budgets (including task based budgeting and billing)
  • Managing litigation (including creating a litigation plan)
  • Innovative uses of resources including technology
  • Evaluation and measurement of performance
  • Cost containment
