The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on employment law practitioners and human resources professionals at all levels. This full day program, presented by Practising Law Institute, brings together prominent practitioners from the management and plaintiffs’ bars, in-house counsel, EEOC representatives and other neutrals, to analyze and provide practical guidance on the latest developments in the employment discrimination arena. In addition to providing critical updates on recent developments in the law, PLI's expert faculty will offer their respective perspectives on addressing potential employment discrimination issues in the workplace proactively, as well as in litigation. The program will also address diversity and inclusion and ethical considerations in the workplace.

Louis P. DiLorenzo will co-chair the program alongside Susan Ritz of Ritz Clark & Ben-Asher.

James E. McGrath will present Disability Discrimination, Reasonable Accommodation and the Interactive Process in 2021.

Candace J. Gomez will speak about Ethics of Witness Preparation in Employment Discrimination Cases.
