Earlier this year, Tax, Will, Trusts and Estates Attorney Curtis B. Cassner obtained his Tax Attorney Certification. Mr. Cassner is also a Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer. In addition, he has a MBA and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio.
Mr. Cassner has extensive experience working with owners of closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals on estate and financial planning matters. He concentrates his practice in advanced estate planning for wealth preservation, charitable planned giving, corporate and business law, and tax compliance. Mr. Cassner also counsel clients on the use of charitable trusts, charitable foundations, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts and family limited partnerships.
