As a bonus to Bond’s May 3 Back to Business webinar, Bond Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation attorney Daniel J. Nugent recorded a brief video about a new piece of legislation called the Securing a Strong Retirement Act (also known as Secure Act 2.0), which, like the original Secure Act that was signed into law in 2019, seeks to increase Americans’ participation in their employer-sponsored retirement plans.

The full Tuesday webinar covered the following topics:

  • Welcome & COVID Update
  • Amazon’s Withdrawal of Paid Leave for COVID & Legal Compliance for NY Employers
  • Secure Act 2.0
