Suzanne Galbato Named Chair of Bond's Women's Initiative

(Syracuse, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce Suzanne O. Galbato, a member (partner) in the firm's litigation practice, has been named chair of the firm's Women's Initiative. The initiative promotes the professional development of women attorneys throughout the firm. The initiative also supports programs for business women in the communities where the firm’s offices are located, creating opportunities for personal, professional and collaborative growth.

Ms. Galbato joined the firm in 2000. Along with being chair of the Women’s Initiative, she is a member of the firm's Diversity and Recruiting committees. Ms. Galbato litigates cases throughout New York State courts and in federal courts across the country, including multi-district litigation and class action cases. She handles commercial disputes, breach of contract, employment and environmental litigation for a wide variety of clients, including individuals, manufacturers, media companies, pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions, municipalities, not-for-profit organizations, small business owners, school districts and universities. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Galbato clerked for the Honorable Rosemary S. Pooler, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
