Kulsoom Hasan Joins Bond’s Intellectual Property Team

(Buffalo, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Kulsoom Z. Hasan has joined its Buffalo office as an associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice. 

Kulsoom is a registered patent attorney with experience assisting clients with complex intellectual property issues including patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation; post-grant review proceedings; and patent preparation and prosecution. Kulsoom has worked with a wide range of technologies and fields including telecommunication, electrical, automotive parts and components, and semiconductors and circuits. Additionally, Kulsoom has conducted post-grant review proceedings, with an emphasis on inter partes review proceedings. 

Kulsoom is a 2007 graduate of Wesleyan University (B.A. in Physics and Chemistry) and a 2012 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D.). During law school, Kulsoom was a judicial intern for the Honorable Julio M. Fuentes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
