In addition, Bradley routinely prosecutes and defends trade secret misappropriation and related unfair competition and breach of fiduciary duty claims on behalf of businesses of all types, represents and defends accounting firms, attorneys and other professional organizations against professional liability and related claims, and has significant experience in representing clients in defense of, among other things, personal injury, civil rights and products liability claims.
