Christina advises clients on all aspects of estate and elder law planning, including issues related to succession planning for closely held family businesses.

In addition, Christina represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions and purchasers and sellers in all aspects of the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial and residential properties. Christina also advises borrowers in the restructuring of loans held by commercial and private lenders. 

Prior to joining Bond, Christina was a partner at Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella & Yedid.
