We serve clients across Long Island and the metropolitan area. Bond empowers our clients with the legal knowledge and experience they need to reach their objectives. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies to local, family-owned businesses as well as virtually every type of public sector entity, public benefit corporations and numerous public authorities.
Islanders first, our attorneys are embedded in the communities we represent. We live in the towns we advise and send our children to the schools we counsel. At the same time, we are a part of Bond’s firmwide, collaborative, integrated team of over 300 attorneys with experience in 35 practices and industry groups with 10 offices in New York. Our geographical footprint allows us to represent Long Island clients that have statewide operations with attorneys who are familiar with the local judges and members of the bar.
Our attorneys aggressively advocate for clients in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies, addressing complex legal challenges across employment and constitutional law, land use, and commercial disputes. With a proven track record in jury and bench trials and extensive experience in administrative hearings, we approach each case with a results-driven mindset—crafting strategic legal arguments, leveraging deep industry knowledge, and executing precise litigation tactics to secure favorable outcomes. Whether navigating high-stakes civil disputes or intricate regulatory matters, our focus remains steadfast: delivering successful resolutions that meet our clients' objectives.
Bond’s business and transactions attorneys offer comprehensive legal services to businesses of all sizes, from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies. We address diverse legal business challenges by prioritizing client relationships and aligning with their strategic goals, allowing us to deeply understand their unique needs. History
The Bond Long Island office brings talent from two Bond locations, Garden City and Melville. Bond opened its Garden City office in 2004, staffed predominantly by attorneys from Rains & Pogrebin, after the historic Long Island labor law firm dissolved. The Melville office was established in 2022, following our combination with the vibrant commercial practice of the Long Island-based firm Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella & Yedid. Bond’s expansion on Long Island demonstrates our commitment to growth to enable us to deliver superior client service and foster community involvement on Long Island.
