Connor works with clients with various legal issues including drafting and reviewing affiliation agreements, researching law and regulations applicable to private and public institutions and provides general guidance on an array of higher education institutional matters.

Prior to joining Bond, Connor earned his master’s degree in higher education administration while serving as an assistant football coach at the University of Rochester. During his time at the University of Rochester, Connor collaborated closely with athletic department leadership on matters including NCAA compliance, student-athlete welfare, team travel logistics, budget planning and alumni engagement. Building on this experience, Connor earned his law degree with a primary focus on the evolving legal landscape of collegiate athletics. His academic work centered on issues such as name, image, and likeness (NIL), student-athlete rights, governance and Title IX compliance—adding a strong legal and policy lens to his practical background.
