Connor works with school district and BOCES clients in the Rochester area and surrounding counties as well as the Southern Tier. Connor assists school districts, board of cooperative educational services and other educational institutions on issues including student matters, board of education needs and operational issues.
Connor has led numerous sensitive and complex investigations involving faculty, staff and students ensuring procedural fairness and regulatory compliance across a range of issues, including discrimination, harassment and misconduct. Connor’s understanding of complex regulation for schools allows him to provide practical advice for schools to meet compliance requirements, operational objectives and administrative processes.
