David has a strong foundation in labor and employment law, education law, litigation and sports and entertainment law.

He earned his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he served as Publications Editor of the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review, received the CALI Excellent for the Future Award in both Labor & Employment Law and Trial Technique, pursued a concentration in sports law and held leadership roles in multiple student organizations. His legal experience includes judicial clerkships and internships with the Hon. Rhonda E. Fischer A.J.S.C. at the Nassau County Supreme Court, Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC and research assistantships focused on evidence, antitrust, defamation and constitutional law.

David brings a unique perspective shaped by his background in athletics and sports media. A former captain for the nationally ranked Hobart & William Smith Colleges men’s varsity tennis team, he later coached Division I tennis at Hofstra University and worked with the John McEnroe Tennis Academy, Tennis Channel and Topnotch Management. His published work spans sports law, defamation and social activism, reflecting his commitment to combining legal scholarship with practical advocacy.
