Grant is a labor and employment attorney focusing on the representation of school districts in labor and employment matters, special education and general education matters.

Prior to joining Bond, Grant supported the Buffalo Bills’ legal department where he prepared research memoranda related to stadium operations, drafted sponsorship and licensing terms and assisted with brand protection efforts, including cease and desist enforcement.

Grant previously served as a summer associate at Bond, where he researched a wide range of legal issues, assisted with matters before the New York Court of Appeals and the New York State Division of Human Rights and supported attorneys during hearings and depositions. His in‑house experience also includes working as a law clerk at New Era Cap where he conducted global trademark searches, reviewed licensing agreements and NDAs and prepared materials for contract negotiations.

Earlier in his career, Grant worked as a paralegal at Richards and Jurusik, drafting visa applications and assisting clients with employment and family based immigration matters.
