Kristy represents clients with respect to a wide range of general corporate and transactional matters including formations and dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and private placements. She has assisted clients with commercial and multi-family real estate transactions and has experience drafting complex private placement agreements, operating agreements, property management agreements and corporate resolutions.

Kristy also represents businesses in connection with the drafting of various types of commercial contracts, including fulfillment agreements, licensing agreements and purchase agreements. She also has experience helping clients protect their intellectual property rights including the filing and prosecution of federal trademark applications.

Kristy graduated as valedictorian of her law school class, where she served as Issues Editor for the Touro Law Review, President of Touro’s Intellectual Property Law Society and a writing coach.
