Craig works with healthcare facilities, educational institutions and professional corporations to provide clients insight on the regulatory requirements of businesses.  

He has worked on issues related to formation and reorganization, government filings, financing and governance. While at Bond, he has:

  • Assisted with sales, mergers and dissolutions of nursing home facilities, home health care providers and medical and dental practices
  • Counseled executives and board members regarding New York State’s EO 38 compensation restrictions and filing requirements
  • Advised medical and behavioral health providers on requirements of management contracts, administrative services agreements, as well as nursing, staffing and affiliation arrangements
  • Drafted and negotiated contracts between distant site and originating sites participating in telehealth programs

Craig also has a strong educational foundation of the legal aspects of business. During law school, he focused his studies on financial transactions, corporate structures, and taxation and served as an intern at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel.
