Prior to joining Bond, Schoeneck & King, Craig worked at the New York State Department of Health where he was responsible for reviewing and enforcing allegations of non-compliance in skilled nursing facilities, adult care facilities, licensed home care services agencies (LHCSAs), and certified home health agencies (CHHAs).   • Submitted amicus curiae brief to New York State Court of Appeals on behalf of consumer directed program fiscal intermediaries opposing class action suits 
  • Assisted a skilled nursing facility in the revision and implementation of policies in order to strengthen protocol relating to admissions, discharges, transfers, complaints, visitation, and privacy
  • Conducted an internal investigation of allegations against an adult care facility and coordinated with board members, administration, and the complainant to provide insight on regulatory requirements and to resolve the issue without litigation
  • Counseled skilled nursing facility on requirements of telemedicine services contract between the facility and a large hospital system to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements of quality of care, billing, credentialing, and cyber security
