Dati, of the Firm's Naples, Florida Office, was recently named Chairman of the Board for the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce. Members of the Chamber include businesses from Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach and Fort Myers. The Chamber has earned a Five Star accreditation by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, one of only 68 Five Star chambers of over 7,000 nationwide.
Mr. Dati is a business transactions and real estate lawyer providing closely-held businesses with services as their "Outside, In-House Counsel." Within his practice he assists clients with entity formation, governance, asset acquisition, finance, borrowing, employment and labor, and intellectual property matters. His representative clients include lenders, developers, lessors, investors, entrepreneurs, and various business entities. He currently serves as President of the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs and is first Vice Chair of the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Dati is a graduate of Marquette University (B.A., 1980) and Creighton University (J.D., 1983).
