(Rochester, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce a significant expansion of its Rochester office with the addition of two litigation attorneys from The Wolford Law Firm – Michael R. Wolford and Laura A. Myers. In addition, attorney Sarah K. Spencer, formerly of Harris Beach, joins the firm’s environmental and energy practice and Travis Talerico comes to Bond in Rochester as a recent law school graduate.
The Wolford Law Firm is an esteemed practice of litigators, representing clients in state and federal courts on civil and criminal disputes.
“We are thrilled that these two have joined our office and our litigation practice,” Edward Hourihan, managing member of the Bond Rochester office, said. "Mike is very experienced and well-regarded by his clients and the legal community. As a former assistant U.S. attorney and president of the Monroe County Bar Association, he has been a leader in law. If there were a Lawyers Hall of Fame, Mike would be a first ballot selection. Laura is a seasoned lawyer and client advocate, well known and involved in the Rochester community. And, with the addition of Sarah and Travis, we are growing significantly, even during the pandemic.”
“Joining Bond presents an opportunity for us to serve a bigger and broader client base, work with other attorneys who we have known and liked for many years and offer additional services to our existing clients,” Laura Myers said. “We look forward to working with Ed, the other Rochester attorneys and all of Bond’s lawyers across their 11 offices.”
Michael R. Wolford has been successfully representing clients in civil and criminal matters throughout his career.
