Profile

Laura is a litigation attorney with more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of general, business and employment litigation. 

She has successfully represented clients in both federal and state courts in disputes involving breach of contract, trade secrets, patent, trademark and patent licensing disputes, employment, breach of fiduciary duty, partnership dissolution and personal injury. She also is experienced in mediation, arbitration and the resolution of business disputes without resorting to litigation, including a successful arbitration of a partnership dispute that resulted in $1.5 million awarded in damages.

Laura has represented clients in class action lawsuits involving wage and hour law disputes, discrimination and employment retaliation. A registered patent attorney, she also has drafted state and federal pleadings in trade secret and non-compete cases, patent ownership and copyright infringement disputes.

Prior to joining Bond, Laura was the managing partner of The Wolford Law Firm, LLP, providing business and general litigation services to corporations and individuals.
