September 25, 2025

By: Kaydeen M. Maitland and Gabriel S. Oberfield, Esq., M.S.J.

Please join Bond Schoeneck and King, PLLC, on September 25, 2025, for its next Webinar in its educational series with the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG). We are pleased to welcome and introduce leaders from Performant Financial Corporation, which OMIG has selected as its new Medicaid Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) following a competitive bidding process.

During this session, Performant, which recently rolled out its New York State operations, will detail its audit approach and process, share its ongoing plan in support of OMIG’s program integrity efforts, offer informational resources, and give an overview of its provider portal. We’re confident providers will find this session both informative and timely in helping inform their operations.

Bond attorney Kaydeen Maitland will introduce this complimentary program, the ninth in an ongoing, multi-part series. Bond attorney Gabriel S Oberfield along with William Schwarz, OMIG’s public affairs leader, will moderate an interactive discussion immediately following the presentation.
