Allison represents a wide variety of clients, from small business owners and individuals to publicly traded corporations and professionals, across a range of industries, including hospitality, higher education, retail and technology. 

Allison closely monitors the development of new and upcoming compliance obligations to counsel clients on the rapidly evolving cybersecurity and data privacy legal landscape, including the passage of new international, federal and state privacy and cybersecurity laws and standards. Her practice involves data breach and incident response, data privacy and cybersecurity compliance, mitigating risks associated with the collection of personal data as well as general transactional work. Allison also assists with preparing incident response strategies, information governance plans and privacy policies for clients in a range of industries.

Before joining Bond, Allison served as a Financial Markets and Funds legal extern for a large New York City law firm, a Student-Attorney and Team Leader in the University at Buffalo School of Law Entrepreneurship Law Center Clinic, and an Executive Editor for the Buffalo Law Review as well as the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review. She was also a Pro Bono Scholar and a Legal Writing & Research Fellow for the Director of Legal Analysis, Writing & Research and Director of Student Affairs at UB Law School.
