Allison represents a wide variety of clients, from small business owners and individuals to publicly traded corporations and professionals, across a range of industries, including hospitality, higher education, retail and technology. 

Allison monitors the development of new and upcoming licensing and regulatory compliance obligations for clients in the cannabis industry. In her practice she counsels clients on the complex web of regulations affecting businesses and individuals at every level of the cannabis supply chain: from cultivators, processors and distributors to retail dispensaries, delivery services and employers. Specifically, she assists with business formation, compliance with federal and state regulations and modifying drug-related policies (for employers, higher education institutions, etc.) impacted by new regulations.
