Jessica is a business attorney who advises individual, for-profit and non-profit clients on navigating complex corporate, business and tax laws to address and meet objectives and goals while identifying and mitigating risk.

Jessica has particular experience with entity formation, governance, compliance and drafting a variety of documents and contracts to meet daily business operation needs.  She also practices in the area of commercial and residential real estate, assisting clients with leases, purchases, sales and financing.  Jessica has also worked closely with and appeared before a variety of governmental bodies and agencies to advance client goals. 

Prior to joining Bond, Jessica completed a two-year clerkship with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department in Rochester, New York.
