Profile
Rob has extensive experience in data privacy and cybersecurity matters, including compliance with the HIPAA Privacy, Security and Breach Notification Rules, other federal and state data privacy and security laws and regulations (including laws in New York and California), and the GDPR rules of the European Union. He regular counsels clients on how to develop and improve their compliance programs and respond appropriately to data breaches.
In particular, Rob has assisted clients in the health care, banking, insurance and manufacturing industries with regards to:

GDPR implementation and compliance,
Compliance with New York State privacy and security laws,
