Four Bond Attorneys to Present at the 2018 NYSPHADA Fall Conference

October 23, 2018

The 2018 Fall Conference will be devoted exclusively to the increasingly complex legal and practical issues that Public Housing Authorities face in dealing with their employees and the labor unions that represent their employees. Public Housing Authorities need to know the proactive steps they can take and the pitfalls they need to avoid in order to minimize the risk of liability associated with their human resource decisions. Mindful of this need, the NYSPHASA has developed a full-day agenda covering a range of important topics to help Public Housing Authorities comply with labor and employment laws and regulations. All sessions will be presented by Labor and Employment attorneys from Bond, Schoeneck & King.
