Overview

Bond’s Utica office provides a number of private and public sector entities in the Mohawk Valley Region with guidance in primarily four broad areas of legal service: general business and corporate matters, municipal law, public finance and government relations.

Our experienced legal team applies their decades of experience and knowledge in these areas to help our clients address their challenges and opportunities.

In addition, many of our attorneys in both the Syracuse and Albany offices also enjoy client relationships with a number of Utica area entities in the private and public sectors. These Bond attorneys provide additional legal counsel in the areas of labor and employment law, employee benefits, litigation, intellectual property, business immigration, property, bankruptcy, environmental and energy, education and health care, and tax assessment.
