Jeremy’s practice is focused on complex commercial real estate transactions. He negotiates and advises clients on purchase and sale contracts, leases, financing arrangements, eminent domain matters, restrictive covenants and reciprocal easement agreements, among other issues. He takes a particular interest in title and survey review and is also a title insurance agent in addition to his legal practice.

Jeremy performs transactional work for businesses as well as municipal, institutional and private clients. His prior experience includes the negotiation of title insurance policies for hundreds of commercial properties, with a combined value exceeding $1.5 billion. A stint as an estate planning attorney for several years early in his legal career informs his work with his colleagues in the firm’s trust and estate practice, who often call on him for his assistance with real property matters. He also supports the firm’s litigators and corporate attorneys with property-related issues.
