Jeremy’s practice is focused on complex commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on title and survey review, curative negotiation and title insurance policy negotiation. He assists with purchase contract and lease negotiations, eminent domain matters and other issues related to commercial real property.
Jeremy performs commercial title review and related due diligence; drafting and negotiating the terms of non-standard title curatives; and negotiating the details of hundreds of commercial title insurance policies with a combined value in excess of $1.5 billion. In addition, he has also handled other title-related matters, such as transacting multi-party agreements in lieu of eminent domain proceedings; and performing due diligence in related areas such as environmental liability and zoning & code compliance.

Prior to joining Bond, Jeremy has been in private law practice, most recently at a boutique law firm where he also focused on complex real estate transactions. In addition, he has experience with general estate planning, with a focus on wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies and living wills.
