Jim has nearly 30 years’ experience in the information technology (IT) field. He started his career at Bond in 1999 as a System Administrator and served as the Manager of Security and Infrastructure since 2018 before being named Chief Information Officer for the 300+ attorney firm.
Over his tenure, Jim has touched every IT project while providing hands-on engineering and processes making Bond’s systems more reliable and secure while growing the firm’s technological capabilities. Jim’s servant leadership management style, vision, excellent communication, creativity and passion leads Bond’s IT team to embrace the firm’s strategic initiatives which align with its mission, culture, short and long-term goals. Jim’s experience focuses on communication, processes and efficient workflows in assisting attorney’s and staff’s IT needs and in turn, meeting the needs of the firm’s clients.
