Lance works with employers on a variety of workplace issues to ensure compliance and counsels them on various areas of labor and employment law, including wage and hour issues and discrimination litigation.

Prior to joining Bond, Lance was an attorney with two New York City law firms representing clients in various litigation, including employment practices liability and products liability. He also researched retaliation and unpaid commission allegations, wrote memoranda of law in state, federal and arbitration cases and represented employer-brokerage firms in FINRA arbitrations. Before that Lance worked at the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) on equal employment opportunity (EEO) matters and developed policies and guidelines related to the VA EEO complaint process. He also worked at the VA Board of Veterans’ Appeals where he researched and wrote decisions for a Veterans Law Judge.
