Stephanie counsels clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law and long-term care planning, asset protection and special needs planning.

She works closely with her clients and their advisors to create strategic plans and to accomplish desired objectives during lifetime and upon death. These plans can include drafting Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Health Care Proxies, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts and other related documents. In addition, Stephanie assesses long-term care planning options to preserve wealth in the event of a transition to a skilled nursing facility, and she navigates the complexities of probate under New York and Florida law.
