These plans can include drafting Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Health Care Proxies, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts and other related documents. In addition, Stephanie assesses long-term care planning options to preserve wealth in the event of a transition to a skilled nursing facility, and she navigates the complexities of probate under New York and Florida law.

Prior to joining Bond, Stephanie was an associate at Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP in their trust and estate and long-term care practice. She also was an associate with LexisNexis where she trained law students in sophisticated research capabilities.
