Trust & Estate Associate

Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full-service law firm of more than 300 attorneys with 14 offices, 11 located across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is seeking an associate attorney to join its Trust and Estates Department.
Office location: Rochester, NY
Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice in New York State;
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school;
- At least 2 years of experience in estate planning, representing individuals and trusts with respect to estate, income, and gift tax planning matters, as well as trust and estate administration;
- Motivated self-starter with strong organizational, time management, and project management skills;
- Superb judgment and communication skills, both oral and written;
- A commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; and
- A team player who believes in collaboration and a willingness to share knowledge and skills to help the team succeed.

Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set and office location.
