We are continuously looking for talented attorneys to join the firm in any one of our 34 practices areas and industry groups. We have a unique team-oriented, collegial culture that welcomes and integrates seasoned and skilled attorneys who seek expanded opportunities for personal and professional growth and who possess a desire to work in a team-oriented culture. 

We have many opportunities that offer lateral candidates a broad and varied client base, potential for growth, regional choices for residence, a high-tech infrastructure and programs to enhance skills and professional development. We encourage participation in practice area leadership and committee involvement. Today, Bond’s Management Committee has four members out of eight who first joined the firm as lateral candidates.

Information for Search Firms: Legal search firms that wish to present candidates to Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, must do so through the firm’s Legal Recruiter, Kelly Capozzi.
