Businesses, Organizations Need to Take Note of New Mask Rules

As a bonus to Bond’s December 14 Back to Business webinar, Bond labor and employment attorney Andrew D. Bobrek highlights the need for employers to become familiar with New York’s State’s new masking/vaccination rules and their implications for businesses and organizations.
The new requirements went into effect Dec. 13, 2021, and apply to several specific public settings (e.g., health care and adult care facilities, K-12 schools, among others). The mandate also includes a “catch-all” provision that applies to any indoor space that is not a private residence.
