Estate And Financial Planning Attorney Curtis B. Cassner Joins Naples Office

(Naples, Florida) Bond, Schoeneck & King (BS&K) is pleased to welcome Curtis B. Cassner to the Firm as a Member (partner). He is resident in BS&K's Naples Office and is a member of the Firm's Estate and Financial Planning Law Department. Mr. Cassner has extensive experience working with owners of closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals on estate and financial planning matters. He concentrates his practice in advanced estate planning for wealth preservation, charitable planned giving, corporate and business law, and tax compliance. Mr. Cassner also counsel clients on the use of charitable trusts, charitable foundations, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts and family limited partnerships. In addition, Mr. Cassner advises clients on various federal and state tax matters for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, exempt organizations, individuals, trusts, and estates. His practice includes estate planning for individuals with large pension and profit-sharing accounts to maximize the deferral of income tax and minimize estate and income tax at death.

Mr. Cassner is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati (B.B.A., 1987) and Northern Kentucky University (M.B.A., 1993; J.D., 2000). In addition to his law degree, Mr. Cassner has a MBA and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio.
