Harassment and diversity continue to be central workplace issues. In this seminar, we will update you on the harassment legal landscape. Beyond anti-harassment initiatives, however, many employers want to proactively address diversity in their workplaces. Diversity initiatives can be advantageous, but may result in legal liability if approached incorrectly. We will discuss how to best reap the advantages of diversity initiatives while avoiding potential legal problems.
